The office is currently in-network for most Rocky Mountain Health Plans, (including Medicaid) and traditional Medicare. This list is subject to change, so please verify with your insurer that I am in-network for your plan.
If I am in-network for your insurance, I will submit claims on your behalf. Copays and deductibles are due at time of service and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
If you are using out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
If you do not use insurance, the rate for a 45-minute session is $120, the rate for a 60-minute session is $150 and the rate for a 90 minute session is $200. I do use a sliding scale for some clients who do not have or choose not to use insurance. We can discuss a rate that works for you in our first meeting or prior to it.
